Expanding Our Team and Expertise
Throughout the year, we welcomed ten new team members and two interns, bolstering our development team and establishing dedicated IoT and QA departments. This growth enabled us to take on increasingly sophisticated projects and meet the evolving needs of our partners with even greater expertise.
Delivering High-Impact Projects and Client Satisfaction
One of our milestone achievements was completing a state-of-the-art IoT project for a valued client, who expressed their appreciation through a public review. Our commitment to quality and innovation remains our top priority, and receiving positive feedback from clients reaffirms the value we strive to deliver.
Embracing Innovation through Hackathons
In our pursuit of continuous learning and technical exploration, we participated in four hackathons throughout the year. These events allowed our developers to experiment with cutting-edge technologies like Blockchain, AR, and IoT solutions. Hackathons have become an integral part of our approach to skill development, encouraging our team to tackle new challenges and spark creativity in a collaborative setting.
Broadening Horizons at Industry Events
Beyond internal development, 2018 saw our team actively engaged in regional and international industry events. Highlights included attending the WebSummit in Sofia, AngaCom in Cologne, and a series of tech events across six countries. Additionally, two team members participated in a one-week study visit to Israel, where they connected with prominent tech and educational centers, gaining valuable insights to bring back to Inellipse. Our co-founder also shared expertise on “Leadership through Education” at the Macedonia2025 Summit.
Recognition and Accolades
Our dedication to excellence was further highlighted by several achievements. In 2018, we secured second place at the Codefest Tech Marathon in Ohrid, and two of our engineers were honored for their outstanding academic performance, holding an impressive average grade of 9.95. These recognitions serve as a testament to the skill and dedication of our team members.
Concluding 2018 with Growth and a Fresh Look
We closed the year with a notable 38% growth and launched a newly designed website to reflect our evolving brand and capabilities. We invite feedback on the new site as we continue to enhance our digital presence. Our product, AWSome, also achieved 400+ active users, with exciting updates in development for 2019.
